CHAIRMAN MESSAGE
基因治疗药物是在人类基因组学及疾病基因组学的基础上，九十年代发展起来的一种新兴的治疗技术及药物，是精准医学的重要组成部分。其原理是利用人体的正常基因替代突变或沉默的基因，以达到治疗单基因或多基因变异引起的疾病，包括糖尿病，心血管疾病、肿瘤、儿童罕见病等。在通向精准医疗的路上，有美好的愿景，任重而道远，还需要我们不断吸取新技术，进行产学研的有效整合，为市场提供高品质的生物医疗产品。目前公司正在研究进行中的项目，包括针对肿瘤抗新生血管生成、肿瘤转录点、免疫再平衡及细胞周期色素放疗保护等产品，形成以肿瘤生产的关键微环境为靶点的新药研发系列产品。

CHAIRMAN INTRODUCED
黄文林教授，公司董事长，肿瘤学家，国务院特殊津贴专家，国家高层次人才，国家新药评审中心审评专家，科技部973传染病领域咨询专家，中国生物医药协会基因治疗学会副会长，中山大学肿瘤防治中心教授，香港中文大学名誉教授，广州市创新创业领军人才。
1988年至2001年在美国学习深造，2001年回国任中山大学肿瘤防治中心教授，是中山大学基因治疗奠基人之一。申请中国、美国及国际发明专利24项，研究转化的国家1类新药重组人内皮抑素腺病毒（E10A）注射液已进入Ⅲ期临床试验（批件号：2012L02744）。在Nat Med、PNAS、JCI、JVI、JI、Mol Ther、Biomaterials、等国际著名SCI刊物发表论文100余篇。主编全国研究生教材《分子病毒学》、《信号传导》、《肿瘤分子靶向治疗》、《黑色素瘤》等。曾先后获得教育部十大优秀留学人员称号、第十二届中国发明专利国家金奖、国家科学技术进步奖、教育部自然科学一等奖，中华医学奖一等奖和广东省科学技术奖一等奖等。
